Energiesprong UK is recruiting 3 different roles to accelerate the roll out of Energiesprong retrofits and infill in the UK. These are Analysis & Project management, Project & Operations and Head of the Energiesprong UK.
Reports to: Head of Energiesprong UK market development team (UK-MDT)
Location: Flexible (option for home-based working)
Role requires some remote-working at partner premises across the UK
Role may require occasional international travel (mainly NL,FR, DE)
Remuneration: Competitive; 2 – 3 days per week; Up to 24 month contract

Purpose
To provide project management and technical support within the UK-MDT including stock data and business case analysis for social housing providers and IT. As well as produce deliverables and comply with reporting requirements of the EU Interreg funded MUSTBE0 project. The role will include:
· Overall responsibility for UK delivery of MUSTBE0 deliverables and reports including coordinating the input of UK-MDT team members
· Establishing and maintaining key relationships with EU funders and partners primarily across the UK
· Oversight of EU monitoring, compliance and reporting
· Project management to support the operations and implementation of UK-MDT activities
· Stock data and business case analysis including coordinating input from key team members and stakeholders
· Management of all operational IT of the UK-MDT including websites, Office 365 and web conferencing.

To produce the deliverables and comply with the reporting requirements of the EU Interreg funded MUSTBE0 project. In addition, the role will provide support across a range of UK Market Development Team (MDT) operational areas. The role will include:
· Overall responsibility for UK delivery of MUSTBE0 deliverables and reports including coordinating the input of UK-MDT team members
· Establishing and maintaining key relationships with EU funders and partners primarily across the UK
· Oversight of EU monitoring, compliance and reporting
· Day-to-day financial management including forecasting and tracking of income and expenditure in coordination with the budget holder
· Day-to-day management of resource requests in coordination with the budget holder
· Coordination of team activities including meetings (MDT and Board) and events.

Purpose
To direct the work of the independent Energiesprong UK market development team (UK-MDT) with responsibility for developing and driving solutions for housing providers to invest in and for industry to design and implement net zero energy retrofits. This will include:
· Strategic planning and delivery ofthe Energiesprong market transformation programme (delivered through a set of aligned projects) covering MUSTBE0 and complimentary projects
· Identifying specific issues to be resolved by the UK-MDT to drive the implementation of Energiesprong forward within multi-tenure and tenanted apartments, e.g. business case improvement, regulatory/policy constraints, financing requirements, housing stock/investment, industry solution design, supply chain integration, energy performance contracting/monitoring
· Overall responsibility to provide ready-to-use tools, templates and guidance for the procurement and contracting of Energiesprong solutions (e.g. energy performance contracting, Comfort Plan approach, tenancy variation, finance and insurance solutions)
· Establishing and maintaining key relationships at senior level (Director/Executive Board/Board level) within housing providers, industry and government to promote Energiesprong and to enable complimentary policy, regulation and funding
· Identifying requirement for specific skills / expertise to deliver the Energiesprong market transformation programme and fill these as appropriate
· Manage the Energiesprong UK/MUSTBE0 Board.
